Ticket Payment and Collection

We accept most credit and debit cards – please note that we charge a £1.50 booking fee per transaction for card bookings. We are able to take credit and debit card payments both in person and over the phone. If you would like to have your tickets posted, an additional charge of 75p will be incurred, otherwise we will be happy to keep your tickets at the Box Office to be collected at your convenience.

Please note that cheques are no longer accepted for ticket sales.

Please inform the Box Office at time of booking if you wish to collect your tickets in person.
Chequer Mead accepts and sells SOLT Theatre Vouchers, which can be used as full or part payment for any theatre tickets purchased at Chequer Mead and other participating theatres. Please click here for further information.

Once purchased, regrettably tickets cannot be exchanged nor can money be refunded in any circumstances.
