5 Week Yoga course - with Rachel

A regular yoga practice can relieve stress, anxiety and can help develop a greater sense of well-being. It is also a great way to build strength, flexibility and balance, all things that we need to for a healthy body (and mind.)

This 5 week beginners course, is an introduction to yoga (poses and sequences), breath-work and meditation. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and abilities. Anyone can practice yoga!

You may have been to a few classes before and want to remind yourself of the postures and sequences to help develop your own practice, or you may be a complete novice and want to learn in a small and friendly class with no pressure or expectations. 

All you need is some comfortable clothing, a bottle of water (I will bring the yoga mats!) and some enthusiasm.
