The Sound of Music
Bullfrog Productions are proud to present The Sound of Music, one of the greatest musicals of all time! Based on the Baroness Maria von Trapp’s 1949 autobiography, this wonderful musical classic tells the true story of the world-famous singing family, from their romantic beginnings and search for happiness, to their thrilling escape to freedom as their beloved Austria becomes part of the Third Reich at the start of the Second World War.
Take a step back in time as the unforgettable score features some of the most memorable songs ever performed on stage, including Edelweiss, Do-Re-Mi, The Lonely Goatherd, Climb Ev’ry Mountain, and of course, The Sound of Music.
Bullfrog Productions are a youth production company, and are delighted to present The Sound of Music with an exceptional cast of 7-18 year olds. This amateur production of The Sound of Music is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd on behalf of The Rogers & Hammerstein Organization.
